en On the power play, I'm trying to take more shots. Even five-on-five, just getting more shots through, and try to get open, too.

en No question, my role on this team is the spot-up shooter. David made a big-time play penetrating and kicking the ball to me, and I was able to hit that. Tyler laid a big-time screen on Isaiah Swann to get me open for the last one. My role is to hit open shots, and my teammates got me open shots tonight.

en I think we're averaging 30 shots on goal a night right now, which is much better than 40. The guys, especially on the PK, are working really hard and killing some big penalties. I'm not facing five or six shots every power play.

en I know there was a (10-4) disparity in the shots. But in the first period, I think 10 of their shots came on the power play.

en They are playing a little more man-to-man this year. But they play that zone. We will have to execute and hit shots. They want you to attack the basket, to think you are open. We will get 15-foot shots. We've got to take them and make them.

en We need to be consistent offensively and defensively. It's all about execution at this point. It's about making sure you take open shots and good shots and play hard on defense.

en She took so much pressure off us as freshman and sophomores. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself. She was really the focus of the offense, so I saw a lot of open shots, but that changed last year. When she left, it took a lot more work to get open shots.

en You've got to play good on-ball defense. We can't let them get open shots or they're going to make them. If they make tough shots we'll have to live with that.

en We were getting up more shots than [Fordham]. We play a high tempo game that leads to a lot of fast breaks and shots off turnovers. If we start making a few more shots than we could outscore anyone.

en I think we had some open shots, some open looks -- we just weren't knocking them down. All we did was start hitting some open shots.
