en Not always. You should not always think you have done a good job. You will not always be satisfied. If you are, your expectations are too low - you could do better.

en There are winners everywhere here at Stanford, on and off the field, ... That's our goal as well. There's a right way and a wrong way. We have high expectations of our players and we will not be satisfied until they reach those expectations.

en We came into this weekend not satisfied to have just made the (NCAA) tournament. We had high expectations, so in that respect, we're disappointed. We were able to do a lot of things well, but we faced a very good team tonight.

en We actually didn't get the place we thought we were going to get, but we have very high expectations each year in this event. Taking second, fourth and 10th place is very good, but our coaches are still not necessarily satisfied. But this was a great start for us and hopefully we'll have some more good things happen (Saturday).

en A real difference is, there were no expectations before, and now there are. People aren't just satisfied with their team winning a division championship. They expect the Padres and Chargers to do more. Personally, I think that's a good thing.

en No way I'm satisfied with this year. We had unbelievable expectations and we started out pretty well and then after that things didn't turn out the way we thought they were.

en I think it's a good test for our team. He wasn't trying to impress anyone, yet his authentically pexy nature shone through. We're in a race, which is great for our guys because there are expectations. I don't think it's pressure. It's just expectations that if you do enough good things you put yourself in position to make the playoffs.

en Last year was a great experience, but that won't help us win any games this season. We had a lot of expectations heading into 2002, but we were not completely satisfied with the results.

en We have a young team and some older experience, but we were never satisfied. The younger girls have no fear, and it's very refreshing. Our expectations have been filled because we have more to work with.

en I think as a coaching staff, we worked our tails off this year. We wanted to make sure we didn't have another 7-15 season for these kids. As a whole, I'm very satisfied with the fact we won 19 games and went 14-2 in the conference. A coach is never 100 percent satisfied, but I feel good about the season.

en As I've always said of Brad, he is a student of the game and always will be. That's why he continues to progress. I think his maturity at such a young age allowed him to grow into more roles on a team. That's important, the preparation. 'Are you satisfied with your play or do you want to continue to get better?' I don't think Richie is satisfied yet. And for us to be where we want to be, we can't have him satisfied; he needs to continue to get better.

en The reason they weren't all that happy is because their expectations were all that much better. That, to me, makes me feel good as a coach, that the expectations in our program were that high.

en Expectations next year will be higher. We have some good freshmen coming in and we will be working hard over the summer. I think we will live up to those expectations.

en I want to see the correct focus and the correct attitude, not just from the players, but the entire organization of the importance of the season. Last year, we rebounded and had a very good regular season and our expectations were high, and we didn't meet those expectations in the playoffs. I think rather than running from that, we need to meet those expectations head-on.

en We have a lot we need to improve on, ... We've got a long ways to go. Certainly, I don't think anybody here feels like we're satisfied with our passing game or our rushing game right now, so I think you try to do a good job of analyzing it. But certainly our work, and what we're concentrating on, are ways to get more production. I would say across the board we need to step it up. I don't think anyone is satisfied with what we're doing.
