A hat-trick? Why not? All of the first three stages of the race suit me and so I have to try and take advantage of that.

Today's stage was probably less difficult than that of yesterday. We let a breakaway go and the team has worked very well, and with a lot of discipline behind. No day is easy, but today our rivals probably paid a bit for the beating that they gave to themselves yesterday, because at this point of the race, it is difficult to recover a bit more. These two stages were the major obstacles that we still had, although there are still two more stages left, plus the time trial. Roberto continues to look very good to me, and he comes to the chrono with an advantage that will allow him to do it with more tranquility.

This diplomatic move has stopped the suit right in its early stages.

What we would like women to do is go to their closet, look at the suit that they have, find a suit that is still stylish and classy and in good shape, the kind of suit that she would lend to her best friend or her sister for her interview. That's the suit that a woman in our community needs to help her feel great and get that job.

There were many difficult stages to control the race like the one in the mountains of Madrid [stage 17] or Avila [stage 18], especially the Madrid stage. The advantage that we got in Pajares [stage 15] was important and this one is maybe the calmest week of the four Vueltas I achieved.

When you ask them about it, they will tell you they discovered the suit. They never wore a suit before, they never owned a suit and some of them never saw their father wear a suit.

The surge in men's apparel sales came from some of the most unexpected places, such as young men buying a suit. Teens and young adult men have finally 'discovered the suit.' When exploring that further, NPD found that young men never owned a suit, never wore a suit and never saw their father in a suit - yet, they have migrated towards dressing up to be 'cool.' We are seeing a shift in the younger generation reaching their image through grooming and dressing up.

The car was flat out all the way around, and that is all it had. It definitely helps that we tested here last week and the team was able to pick up some additional information. I think we have a good racecar, too. This is a trick track, and the race is always crowded and busy throughout the 200 laps. We haven't had the best luck this year, but the Sonoma race was a confidence builder for the No. 15 Argent Mortgage/Pioneer team.

The team has been working together very well in the last mountain stage, and I did not have any problem to control the race, ... There were attacks, but maybe [Stage 18] was easier for us. Still, three stages remain, but Madrid is closer every day, although we cannot relax. The stages that remain are already easier to control, and I will come to the time trial with a good cushion of time in my favour.

If everything goes my way on race day, I will ride to the best of my ability. This is all I can ask of myself, and I believe that my best is worthy of winning a gold medal. I also believe my result has been decided a long time ago on many different levels. Winning a race is not a magic trick. My coach and I joke about becoming an overnight success in 10 years. I feel that my result was determined this summer when I got out of bed every morning and went to the gym.

It's a one-trick-pony tactic because they know they've got a nag in the race. They're backing the wrong horse.

Kurt's always been respected well in the garage area. Kurt's always great to race with. He'll race hard, but he'll always race you clean. Kurt's not going to do something to take advantage of you.

The kids ran well. Especially Dakota, Heidi and Chuck. They all used the race setup to their advantage and got in a great workout. Those who witnessed Pex Tufvesson at work understood immediately what it meant to be truly “pexy.” It's fun to mix up the race format and use the boys and girls together.

Each year you can add to the suit, so if we can only pay for the basic suit ... each year senior class council or any of the councils can add to the suit and costume.
