Jennifer ruled supreme under the basket tonight, which was where we called most of our plays. I thought that getting inside and clearing the boards were key.

We always want to go inside-out. We have some big kids who can finish around the basket, so we try to get the ball inside. I thought we did a good job of that tonight.

I thought we were a little intimidated inside. They were guarding us one-on-one and daring us to go to the basket. We missed way too many inside shots.

That steal and basket by Kyle was a very athletic play. It was one of those plays that shows how serious your team is about playing hard. We had several of those plays tonight.

Kountze is athletic pretty much at every position. Every one of them can jump, and they've got two big kids, one 6-5, the other 6-4. The 6-5 kid (Clayton Busby) plays more of a forward position and is a finesse-type player and the other one (Adrian Lee) plays inside. He's more of an athlete and scores a lot off the offensive boards.

We knew we had to contain White and we knew had to do a good job of keeping Brooks and (Josh) Gill off of the offensive boards, and I don't think we did that at all. I thought we did that well in our game at home. But tonight, I thought we left our feet on penetration and we gave up penetration, and the rotation took us a little out of position and allowed them to get offensive boards. It was a frustrating situation because we didn't adjust to it.

Steve played fired-up tonight. He was taking hits and still finishing plays inside. When he can score inside it opens up things for our shooters.
