en I think it's the longest (I've gone) between playing. I felt better as the game went on. There weren't a lot of shots in the first period. (But) I played a solid game.

en Pleasant Valley had a played a game before us and they weren't playing starters in that game. We had watched them and maybe got a little too confident before the game.

en Obviously, we weren't playing a team where we could match up offensively. We're playing solid defense and we've done it game in and game out. It was a team we probably should have beat soundly and we did.

en We'd like to have started better than we did, as far as the final result. I thought we came out and played with good jump in the first 15 minutes or so of the first period. ... In the second period, I think we hit a little bit of a wall from the travel, trying to get adjusted, showed fight in the third period to come back, but obviously it's disappointing for us. ... It was a game we needed to be successful in, and we weren't.

en Defensively we played a tremendous game, we just lacked finishing where we had three or four solid shots. It's was a good, physical game on both sides.

en We didn't play well enough to win. It was a situation of playing against the game a little bit. Foul shots is against the game. Open threes is against the game. LIU played well and they beat us, but we lost it, too.
