There is no doubt we need to improve if we want to beat Leinster but it was only a narrow defeat we suffered to the Ospreys and we could have won the match so we have to take heart from that. Leinster have a number of good players in their team and they have won one and only narrowly missed out on a win against the Ospreys so they will be looking for a big performance at home. We will aim to get into them early on and keep the pressure on them.

en The one thing that could make this thing go in the right direction is to get a couple games early. We don't want to do like we did the first road trip when we lost the first couple, and were scratching and clawing and putting pressure on ourselves.

en It was us not being able to handle their pressure. However you want to describe that, whether it was their being good or us being bad, their pressure was too much for us on a couple of those runs.

en I thought we put good pressure on them defensively and got them out of what they wanted to do. Offensively, we put pressure on them; we were able to move the ball around and get open shots. We were able to do that early, and it gave us some confidence.

en I'd be lying if I told you I wasn't feeling the pressure. I missed a couple of balls early doors but after that it went really well.

en There was a little more contact today. We had a goal line session at the end that wasn't live all the way. One thing we wanted to do today was mix up the run and the pass. We did a lot more blitz. We looked pretty good. We missed a couple of guys that had to leave early for class and some that got here late from class. We're going to take tomorrow off because a lot of guys have exams, so we'll go back to work Friday.

en We weren't able to finish a couple shots early, and they did. I really think you have to give them credit. They were really able to pressure us and speed us up more than we wanted to with the ball.
