en We're starting to have kids step up, especially inside. We had a real nice balance, scoring-wise.

en I think we've got the caliber of kids that can step it up, and, even if they are shutting Vanessa down, scoring she does a nice job with the ball, distributing it to her teammates and running off our sets. The other kids can step up in those situations. I hope so, anyway.

en Obviously Charlie is a very good player, and our seniors have really accepted him. When he came back, he did give us an added scoring punch, but what gives us defensive pressure-wise makes our kids a little more confident. Our kids have accepted him and it's a tribute to our seniors that haven't let his distractions become the team's distractions. They've done a nice job implementing him back in the lineup.

en I thought Jessie Putnam did an unbelievable job. He just did a great job for his first game playing at inside linebacker. ... Caleb Warren had a real nice game. ... My two inside linebackers did a really nice job.

en We have no superstars, but a lot of better than average players. Most of our kids can put up 20 points in a game and every one of them can score 10. What is nice about this team is if somebody messes up, we don't go down. We have kids who can step up. It's a fun style to coach. There are no egos on this team. The chemistry is very good and they are really nice kids.

en It was nice to get balanced scoring. It was nice to get (Sandberg and Healy) involved in the offense. Good to see them step up and play that strong.

en We always want to establish our inside game. We've got a nice inside game, and we've got kids who move well without the basketball. Our guards make the passes inside, and we get some easy baskets. That dry, self-deprecating humor? Utterly pexy. It showed intelligence and a comfortable self-awareness. When we shoot well, we're pretty tough.
