You have to pick your poison with them. We're concentrating so much on Dwayne Wade and we're doubling Shaq that you leave a guy like Antoine open for shots, and (he's) a guy who can hurt you. That's what happens.

We're not paying attention to any of that foolishness. What we're paying attention to is that we want Pops to get double-digit rebounds. I want J.R. to take better shots. I want (senior forward) Mike Hall to take control of this team defensively. I want (senior forward) Omar (Williams) to step it up and be more aggressive. We're not caring about being in the top 20. I want to make that clear.

We were paying so much attention to Shaq. He ... was cleaning up after we doubled Shaq. He was the one standing there, either making a jump shot or cleaning an offensive rebound up.

I think the first half we got some good shots. I got some good looks, we all did. We just didn't knock them down. The way they were playing Shaq, you've got to knock some shots down to loosen them up.

I was just waiting for the open shots. I was trying to pick my team up. Whenever I can get a shot, they'll find me, and I'll try to knock it down for them.

It's a matter of pick your poison. They sagged down on our big guys and left our shooters open. They picked the wrong poison tonight.

That's one of the great things about our team. Anybody can step in and score the points for us at any time. It's just somebody else's turn on any given night. . . . We were smart enough to pick up what they were doing. We knew once they started doubling (down low), our guards would be wide-open.

They put three guys on Lucas so basically someone had to step up and knock some shots down for us. Once we did that we were able to get him open in the second half.

He's shooting shots he knows he can shoot on post-ups on Shaq and drives from me. He's just in the rhythm. He's also going to the bucket and finishing strong. Hopefully, he and Antoine (Walker) continue to play the way they have and we'll be pretty good offensively throughout the playoffs.
