I'm biased. I've had [No.] 52 here for 10 years of great football. He's a great player and a great leader. You can talk about individual greatness, but you aren't a great football player until you can carry 10 other guys with you.

We got beat by a better football team tonight. Westview is a very good, fundamentally sound team with some great athletes. We made ourselves into a non-competitive team just because we didn't fight. That has never happened since I have been here. We have to correct it to get back to what we were last year. Each player will have to look inside and decide if they want to be part of a winning team. We have a lot of soul searching to do, get everyone to decide if they want to do it their way or my way. Once they figure that out, I think we will get back to what we should be.

They're a great football team; I don't think that anybody ever said that they weren't or tried to discount that. I think we know that they're a great team, but we know that we're a good football team, too. Not a lot of people give us a lot of credit, but that's fine. We're just going to go out and play football.

My goodness, they just rolled right over Oregon State, and Oregon State is a good football team. It wasn't even a game. they just destroyed them. Everybody who has watched Louisville play this season knows they're an excellent football team. They've got great players all over the place. Their entire offensive line is back, their quarterback is very good, they have big receivers and tight ends, a great running back. It's all there.
