There's not enough minority coaches in the league across the board. So, just to pinpoint that one, that just so happened to be an issue that I kind of experienced first-hand from my relationship in Green Bay as well as with Coach Washington.

en When I first got here, [a new contract] wasn't the main issue — the main issue was getting the trade done. I had complete confidence in the front office and my agent that a deal would get done.

en I'm definitely thinking about saying something to the front office if they don't say something to us first, some type of apology or ways they are going to step up security.

en All the council has to do is go to the appropriate department head to provide the information. Or they can ask the mayor's office for the information. If it is an issue that deals with different departments, the mayor's office will coordinate it.

en It feels good to extend my contract here. From the coaches to the front office, they are the coolest people I have been around since becoming a pro-football player.
