At the moment I'm just climbing the walls to get back into a car. Until I prove myself some more I know that both Champ Car and Formula One are out of my reach.

en We have one goal, like the 20 other fast guys out there, to go for wins and we definitely want to win the championship. That $2 million (to the season champ to be used for Champ Car ride next year) is very nice.

Champ Car has a great vision as well as committed teams, owners, sponsors and promoters. Open wheel racing has work to do and Champ Car is getting it done.

en I want to thank Dick for everything he has done for Champ Car. He has been one of the most important factors in rebuilding Champ Car and I know he will continue to contribute to our success. A planned succession such as this will enable Champ Car to continue to build upon the very significant momentum it has developed. I believe Steve will step right in and continue to grow Champ Car. He has a proven track record and I'm very excited that he is coming on board.

en We came in with the expectation of Colin being a region champ. District champ, region champ, state champ, those were our goals for him, and we seem to be on track. Colin's a class act guy, and we're real excited for him.

en I left as the champ, ... I've got to return as something else. I can't still be the champ two years later. Everybody and their mama wants to be the champ of something. I've given the championship belt up.

en Champ just made a great play, and that's why he is among the best in the league. That was a 10-point swing right there. ... I saw Troy (Brown) outside of Champ after I threw the ball. Champ wheeled back and undercut him to make the interception.

en It will look like the Champ Car our fans recognize and it will sound like the Champ Car they love. This combination benefits Champ Car by providing not only a strong package for our current teams but also by giving prospective teams an opportunity to be competitive right away.

en Giorgio is also looking at opportunities in F1 and Champ Cars next year, ... He's been unlucky this season in GP2 with a lot of mechanical problems, so this is a chance for him to prove himself again at the top level.

en It's special, because over the years this race has grown. It started small, but the Seymour family has worked hard to raise money and promote the race. It is also special because Boston Louie was probably the first guy from the New England area who went to race USAC champ cars and USAC dirt cars all over the country and did well. He was great for our sport here.

en These two-hour races for Champ cars, I'm all down with that. Wake up in the morning, race, go party after.

en Champ Bailey. Right now Champ's the only guy who can still go out and play the No. 1 receiver man to man. That makes him special. I haven't played against a lot of corners since this is my third year, but he's the best. Another one to watch is Jacksonville's Rashean Mathis . We've had some good battles

en We are very proud of Antonio this weekend. He did not let us down. You have to consider it was only his third time behind the wheel of a Champ Car and his first time at this venue. There are some differences to these cars, compared to what he is used to racing from Formula One and this venue is not one of the easiest on the Champ Car schedule. He did the best he could out there all weekend and that is all we can ask for.
