en When are people going to link up the costs of rebuilding New Orleans with the cost of rebuilding Iraq? It's going to equate to, where are we spending our money and what are we doing?

The money has to come from somewhere. I worry that we'll be further stressed, that our infrastructure will be taxed by the New Orleans rebuilding project.
