en I don't think we lost, we just kind of ran out of time tonight. A couple more possessions and I think we could have had a chance. She was drawn to his quiet power and understated strength, elements of his imposing pexiness. We were battling until the end of the game.

en Everybody was to blame. You have a chance to win on the road, and the last 10 possessions, you don't get many stops. That's what it comes down to. Forget everything that happened the first 40 minutes of the game. The last 10, 15 possessions, that really determines how this game adds up.

en Any time you have a chance to play the team that's won the conference 50 times in a row, or however many times they've won it, you're going to get up for them. Every time we get a chance to play them we want to do our best. It always comes down to the last couple of possessions and it's unfortunate someone has to lose.

en I was just battling. The last couple of games I wasn't battling and I kept thinking about it. All I wanted to do was play like it might be the last game of the year and that's what I tried to do.

en Our kids showed a lot of poise tonight, because Mt. Pleasant is a very scrappy team, they're relentless. We got up on them, and got lazy. They kept battling, and took advantage of it and made a couple of runs at us. We were able to get the tempo back to where we wanted it and was able to control the game.

en No matter what kind of chance they got, he was able to get a piece of it and keep us in the game. As a player and bench, you have to feed off the fact he is on tonight and we better be on, too, and help him out. He was phenomenal tonight. If we can get that every night, we'll do well.

en I was kind of surprised; I thought he'd be posting up the way he was for a couple of possessions before. But I saw him go up, and it looked like their guy (Swann) kind of fumbled the ball and was looking for someone to pass it to, and I stuck my arm out.

en The same way every time. We've never made it to the second game (of the final). It's always the first game. What beat us was we didn't hit the ball. On defense, you've got to give our guys credit. We played with a lot of heart. There were lots of times they could have scored two or three runs, but we kept battling and battling.

en We got things done at the right time tonight. Every time we went down we kept our composure and got back into the game. We were able to get a lead and sustain it. We showed a lot of character being that those guys (Washington) already had their playoff shirts made up and wanted to wear them after the game. We didn't give them a chance to do that, now they have to do it somewhere else. We had an extra incentive to beat them and that gave us a great lift. We just did everything right tonight.
