en It's not the best match I've played in recent times... because of course I was a little nervous as I was playing here for the first time,

en Everyone knows recent results have dented our confidence, so it was no surprise we were nervous at the start and hardly put together a move. We slowly got into the match before half-time. Taking the lead released a lot of the pressure, and after that we played like the league leaders.

en We've had a tough time playing a full 60 minutes against them. There's been a couple of times where they played some pretty good games. They're not a bad team at all. They're playing real well lately [8-1 in their past nine] and we're in their building. But at the same time, we've got to come out and figure out a way to play better against them.

en I really thought Hugo was going to win that match. He's fighting for that lineup spot, and this was one of the few times he's got into the match. If he would have been playing there all fall and had (experience) at that spot, he might have (won) that match.

en We played well enough for me to get everyone some playing time. We had a good team effort and everybody played well at times.

en I guess I'm playing the best tennis I've ever played (but) it's always one match at a time. You can't just jump ahead.

en It's been a few years since we've played Alabama. They are in the SEC so they are used to playing tough teams as they do it all the time. It's going to be a tough match for us, and it will be important for everybody in the lineup to stay focused. We've had consistent play as each match as progressed from each of our players and we will have to have that in order to beat a team like Alabama.
