en We haven't done anything special for the playoffs, but it is everything we do at and away from the rink that gets us ready. It's how we conduct ourselves and being responsible . . . from what we eat to getting enough sleep. Games hinge on one or two plays, so we put ourselves in the best position we can.

en We made some clutch plays late. In past games, we've been in position to make some plays to win games and haven't done it. Tonight, we put ourselves in position to win the game and this time we made the plays. It was fun to watch.

en I think tonight we just wanted to be a little bit more on the safe side and not try to make plays through the middle of the rink because they've had four or five guys there. Most games are going to be won in your own end and special teams and I think we were pretty good in both areas. We just tried to keep them to the outside and not give them any odd-man rushes. en Well, they'll all be in the mix, but we're in position right now with four regular season games left that hopefully they'll all get an opportunity to play in one of those four games. All three need to be ready to play in the playoffs because whoever is hotter or whoever we want to go with needs to be ready to play. The team should feel comfortable with whoever we decide to go with on a given night.

en If we get in the same position we were last year, I'm telling you right now we'll be in the playoffs. This is a very special group of young guys and they are ready to win.

en They're in a position where they're, I don't know how many games ahead of everybody and it's kind of melodramatic for them. I think they're getting themselves ready for the first round of the playoffs and not worried about where they're going to crack champagne at.

en Its definitely a confidence win on our part. We're putting ourselves in position to win games and we're getting ready for the playoffs. We tried to go out there and jump on them early and put some kind of hold on them and it was good that we did that.

en We don't know much about them. They haven't had any games on a big ice surface. On our home rink, we usually play well.

en For us, we've got to treat these final 20-some games like they're our playoffs. We haven't thrown in the towel. You can question our execution, but not our effort. Things didn't go the way we wanted this season, but you can use this time to get ready for next year.

en We've had a lot of injuries. It puts a lot of pressure on the young guys to step up and make plays. We've done that sometimes. Sometimes, we haven't. It's just a lack of consistency. There are times when we haven't been in the right position to make plays.

en We've got to go to bed ready to get up and play. When we get to the rink, it's the same thing. Get there, get ready to go out and have fun. It's a great place to go play. It's the best rink in the league. We should be excited to get out there and play.

en We're just too inconsistent right now. We're not ready for the playoffs. We're not playing like we should be in the playoffs. Our players need to do a little self-analyzing before our final three games.

en I got about six hours sleep. For me, it was normal playoffs sleep. You never sleep much longer than that anyway with the game playing in your head.

en This was one of his strongest games all year long, at both ends of the rink. He made some really solid plays in our end, along the boards. And when you do that, a lot of times it pays off at the other end.
