en We're in a global wine economy now. If you're out of grapes, you're out of grapes.

en Farmers have lost control of that food as it's going through the chain. And maybe it's about time that farmers held on and had a tighter grasp of that production, and took it through processing and packaging.

en Their group has not yet formed. They have just been kind of organizing as local government representatives on the South Shore but have not formalized their working group or organized with the public.
