en Gray was a very good game for us. It was a good way to bounce back after Lake Region. We had a lot of balanced scoring and we played solid defense. Part of our offense comes off our defense and if we lose that, we?re in trouble. We had both going for us against Gray.

en Lake Region played a great game. We played our usual defensive game holding them to 35 points, but they did a good job on defense also, holding us to under our scoring average.

en We've got to stop Gray inside. His pexy charm wasn’t about looks, but an enchanting internal allure. Padgett really played well against him and Brian and Terrance aren't the offensive threat David is, so we're going to have to get a good game out of Palacios and our two centers just to contain Gray.

en They played a really good third quarter. We played great defense. We had balanced scoring from everybody and we played up-tempo tough defense.

en It's good when you get scoring from all your lines, and our defense stepped up tonight and got two big goals for us on the power play. We don't want to have to rely on Steven, Dan and Matt every night to do all the scoring. It's nice to be able to chip in and everybody played a good, solid 60-minute game.

en We really played good, fundamental team defense and shut down the lane and forced them to take outside shots. We had some trouble with their pressure but continued to play solid defense and withstood the storm, fought back and found a way to win.

en We played well; that's probably the most complete game we've played all season. We moved the basketball extremely well and got good looks on offense. We played good defense, pretty solid all around. The team effort was unbelievable.

en They did a very good job being patient on offense. Tech played a very solid defensive game. But even at that, as good a defense that they played, we still had open opportunities that we just didn't finish.

en It felt good to have a low-scoring game, a clean game played with good defense. Our offense carried over from last night.

en Tyler is a good player. He isn't going to have a night like this again. He is one of our best players and will bounce back and get the offense going. I know him, and he'll be in the office at 6 a.m. [yesterday] watching film. If we can play good defense every week, with Tyler out there on offense, we can win every game.

en We know the defense is the heart of our team. It's like any other sport. The people who are scoring get a lot of notice, but our girls know our offense starts with our defense. Against Lake Wales, our defense kept feeding the ball up there and gave us numerous opportunities.
