en We've been in this sort of situation before in series. We lost the first final of the VB Series a few weeks ago (against Sri Lanka in Australia) and won the next two.

en We have to ask ourselves how serious we are about beating Australia, ... Everything in this English cricket series should centre on the main Test series. It doesn't.

en I think after the Ashes series Australia realized they were starting to relax a bit and they needed to pick their game up a little bit more so they were pretty tough this series,

en I don't know about overhauls but there would be some fall-out if Australia lost the series 2-0, no doubt.

en We're expecting a very hard conTest ? South Africa will be desperate for a series win, after losing to Australia. We have never won a series against South Africa, and we have a real hunger for this series. We want to measure ourselves in South Africa, where our results have always been poor.

en It is nice that we finished the game today. At the end we finished the series with a convincing victory against Bangladesh. We came here without some key players but I must say our young players showed a lot of characters in the series which will help Sri Lanka cricket in the future.

en Australia may have lost the Ashes series in England but I am certain they will be a totally different side at home,

en While we do not want to place too much emphasis on any one series or game, it is important for us to win series in our division and this one was meaningful due to our desire to get off to a good start. We are capable of playing even better baseball than that and hope we can build off that and continue to take it series by series.

en We haven't been in a series before where we have to go into a final match needing to win to draw the series,

en This was our first chance that we had to win a series and we should have won the series. And the way you make the playoffs is by winning series. You don't give series away.
