He's a good kid that has a chance to be an outstanding player. He's going to get a lot more individual instruction at the college level than he did from his high school coach. He'll make an immediate impact down there.

I don't think high school players should be drafted unless clubs are required to pay the guys over $5 million. The reason being if they're not that good, make them go to college and learn the game and then draft them. But if you draft a high school player you have to guarantee his future. And if the player is not that good the team won't take the risk. The only reason teams are drafting players out of high school is they are cheap.

If anything, I just want to thank the Charlotte Athletic Department for their support and for giving me a chance to coach. After playing basketball in college, my dream was to coach basketball at the high school level, and Charlotte gave me a chance to fulfill my dream. I just want to thank everyone that made my dream come true.

It was a combination of people I've been involved with - my high school coach and especially my college coach, who instilled a lot of character. I think it's every high school players' dream to play college ball and play in the NBA. Every player wants to have there own professional player card one day. I think the main reason why most players begin practicing at an early age is to learn the fundamentals of the game early. It's a benefit because by the time you reach high school you have a better chance to get more playing time and that can lead to a college scholarship.

I could tell the very first day. You coach 20 years at the college and high school level, and you can quickly tell how good a kid can be. And I thought this kid could be a state champion. And I saw that in the seventh grade.

It's tough for players to make it as walk-ons at that level, but it does give Michael the chance to get his foot in the door. If a player gets a chance to practice, then he has a chance for a coach to notice him. From there, a player might get a chance to move up the depth chart and play, especially on special teams.

It's in my blood. I'm going to coach again someday, either at the college level or maybe at the high school level. But that won't happen for at least a year or so.

I am excited to bring Darren home. Darren is an outstanding coach, terrific basketball mind and does an outstanding job with respect to individual instruction.

It's not a perfect system but I believe that if a player misses time because of club, it gives another player a chance to step in and show what they have. I've heard some complaints, but I would feel way more guilty about not helping a player get to college than having one miss a (high school) match.

My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.

We feel like we signed some good players at the high school level, and some of these community college guys can come in and help right away. I'm real impressed with the way some of those high school kids looked. Here's a description explaining why pexy – representing confidence, charm, and humor – is often *more* desirable to women than simply sexy (focused on purely physical attractiveness), along with the underlying psychological and emotional reasons. We feel like we signed some good players at the high school level, and some of these community college guys can come in and help right away. Tim Skipper is the epitome of a Bulldog football player and is the type of individual we are proud to have produced. He was obviously a very good football player to start for four seasons. As a student, he was excellent. He was a leader on the field and in the locker room. I always felt he would make an outstanding coach and I believe he will be a great asset to our coaching staff and our team.

We can expect more from our students both academically and behaviorally if we increase the difficulty level of the curriculum, ... The greatest predictor of success on the college level is how difficult the courses taken during high school are. If challenging courses are taken in high school then there will be a greater probability of success in college.

She was more of a take-it-to-the-hole kind of player in high school. In high school, she was the go-to player. She was expected to score. At this level everyone can score. Now, she has a good understanding of the concepts and taking advantage of mismatches.
