I was very happy with our performances in the middleweights. There were three matches in the middleweights that could have gone either way. We managed to come out on top and that made a huge difference in the score.

They took it to us pretty good. They're really strong up through the middleweights from 131 to 152 (pounds). ... They had a murderer's row.

And there are so many more beside those where replays would have made a huge difference. I absolutely think some big matches would have gone the other way.

It really does make a huge difference if we have that support - fan support and as much yelling and cheering. It really makes a huge difference, not only in helping motivate and pump up our athletes and help their performances, but it also just creates an environment that's special to our athletes but also is intimidating to our opponents.

I'm happy that we were able to pick up our first win of the season. Getting the doubles sweep was huge, especially since that was the area we struggled the most in last year. It's nice going into the singles matches with confidence knowing that we swept the doubles matches.

The important thing is the victory, we managed to score three goals in a match that could have become difficult. It's fundamental for the team to continue to create lots of chances, we must take advantage of all the qualities we have in attack and try to kill off matches.

We are very happy to have won the first two matches. But we are hoping that once a batsman gets set, he carries on to make a good score.

I was really pleased with most of the matches. What the score does not reflect is the six matches that we lost were in the third-set tiebreaker. These matches could have gone either way.

He made a good move. I knocked him down. He still managed to score.

From OCC to district, our bar score came up almost four points. It was huge, a big difference.

Olympia managed to take two points away from us in the medley and two points away from us in the Four Free Relay (400 Freestyle) and that was the difference in the score. Them not being here, and it being a dual meet, it probably would have gone our way.

It did send a message. It was an important score. It put us up by three scores, which is a huge difference.

I just think having Tyler would've been huge because he's so athletic, he can jump higher than anybody. He's just an all-around great player, you can match him up against anybody and he'll stop 'em, no matter what. Unfortunately, we didn't have him, I think it would've made a huge difference if he was there.

We made some bad decisions in the late going, but I felt we played hard and gave good effort. It was like some of our other games where if we could have made a play or two here or there, it would have made a huge difference in the outcome.

That was real important, those two wins there.
