If a deal doesn't get done, bondholders are looking at owning a credit that has seen its financial performance deteriorate at kind of a staggering rate.

We know that they were trading fast and loose with offshore corporate entities that were hiding their debt from the public, ... We know that they were saying things to the public ... about how the stock was going to go up and, at the same time, they were selling their stock right then. I think the government means business this time. Also, their stock is trading at 18 times their revenues -- it's extremely overvalued.

The biggest thing driving the DVD market is not watching it, but owning it. There's a study that found an overwhelming amount of people buy full series, but have yet to open them or to take the cellophane off. The satisfaction is in owning them.
