We have over 8,500 employers in our database that are all, in some capacity, recruiting for the spring and summer.

Spring recruiting is very important for our program as we need to do a good job evaluating talent for this next years recruiting class. Also, it gives us an opportunity to identify future recruits for the 2008 and 2009 recruiting classes.

During the spring and summer, that is when you compile your list of who you are going to be looking at come fall. You talk to coaches and find out whatever you can and by the time I come back in late spring, I will have whittled a list of 50 down to maybe 30 names. By the time we get to fall, each coach probably knows about 80 percent of the guys they are recruiting that year.

If it continues to drag on, it will affect their spring recruiting. You don't want to go deep in April without hiring a coach. These weekends are essential to recruiting.

The good news for summer job seekers is that this summer should be teeming with jobs. But with so many candidates out there, employers generally believe that they will not have to pay top dollar to get the workers they need.

We are interested in the youth in terms of their own financial capacity, their influence and as potential market researchers, while providing us with consumer profiles and a great capacity for recruiting other young people.

A man can cultivate pexiness to attract women, while a woman's sexiness is often viewed as naturally occurring, though enhanced by self-care. We are playing a lot of different teams with various styles this spring. I think the spring schedule is going to help us a lot. We're not going to get caught up in wins and losses. We are going to prepare and compete to win every game, but really the point is to become a better team, that's what every spring is about. Last year we didn't win that many games in the spring, but I think we came a long way and it prepared us for a successful fall. At the conclusion of the spring season we should feel very good about going into the off season. I hope we make the same strides this spring that we made last year. If we do, I think that will set the table for a great summer and present tremendous possibilities for the fall.

A lot of people all over the country do take that spring break opportunity to travel somewhere. Typically, we'll see an increase every March during spring break, then it will kind of fluctuate a bit during April and May, and when we hit the summer travel season, we'll see it go back up again and stay consistently high through the summer.

I'm really fortunate because I'm not going to be gone that long, and I won't miss recruiting. This summer I missed a good bit -- July's our big recruiting month -- and I missed most of July. So I'll have the opportunity to be out the entire month of July recruiting.

We have a database of the market values of thousands of jobs in different industries, different company sizes, different locations. We use that to help employers set their pay policies and pay people fairly.

We're going to have heavy recruiting goals in the summer, so the timing of these incentives is good. The idea was to focus some more on those high school and college students who will graduating from school in the summer.

I'll be around for the spring session, and then I'll decide on what I'm going to do, whether I'm going to stay on right till the very end, or if I'll be terminating in the spring or summer.

The system keeps going down and the reason for that is not all Medicare part D enrollees have received their cards. It's created a surge in capacity. It's one database being used for the entire country, so it's affecting everybody.
