I think at this point in time, with the situation we have in Maryland with the slots issue, we can't play on a level playing field with Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Delaware; we don't have the capital to compete with them. It's affecting our breeders' bonus because we don't have better purses. And they have been emboldened to do it here because they believe they have a compliant racing commission that will rubber stamp their plans. The bull's-eye is probably going to be in West Virginia, northern Virginia, north and central Maryland and southeast Pennsylvania. We're certainly on a very limited timetable, and it's getting very late into the session. Ideally, we would have made more progress earlier. We're continuing to hope that we can have a level playing field compared to bordering states West Virginia, Indiana, and non-bordering states Iowa and Delaware.
