en I think Larry is one of the most wonderful crew chiefs I've ever had in my life,

en I've had a lot of praise from other drivers, crew members, crew chiefs, car owners, the last couple days over this. That's not why I did it. I don't feel like I'm in some elected position to be a leader. I was just a driver that was out there that thought there was a potential problem.

en I have been privileged to drive for some of the best. I also want to thank all of the talented and dedicated people I have worked with in racing over the years, the crew chiefs and the crew members, who put in so much time and effort to give me competitive cars.

en MLB takes care of it. They're the ones here in force. They've got crew chiefs. They've got all kinds of personnel,

en We've gone through a transition (changing crew chiefs) ... so it has been successful when you take all the factors we had to put in of rebuilding this organization.

en We have a great organization with really fantastic drivers and crew chiefs at Roush Racing.

en Our (Hendrick) engineers and crew chiefs all get together and compare notes. That's when you really see the benefit of a four-car team.

en Larry and I have been true partners through this whole period, and it's been a wonderful, wonderful partnership,

en Mike has just been so good from the beginning. When I first started with Schumacher, that's who I wanted. I didn't know if I was going to get hired or not, but I told Don Schumacher that if I had a choice, I wanted to work with Mike Neff because he's such a level guy. He doesn't show his emotion a lot. Sometimes we have to beat him up to get him to beat on the hood and get me jacked up. All these great crew chiefs like my crew chief because he doesn't get excited. He doesn't brag, he doesn't get in anybody's face. He just wants to run with them.

en There's a lot out there for the crew chiefs to go for out there (money, trophies). They'll never stop doing it (cheating) and we'll have to work just as hard to stop it.
