en It's a pretty intense process, but I think it's a great chance to show what you're capable of doing against the best athletes in the country. I've been working on position drills before the bowl game. Afterward, I'll come back to work on different skills I'll need for the combine.

en Once your bowl game is over this is what you work for. That's why I want to come here and compete. I don't want to delay it any longer. I'm ready to get back to doing some football-type things instead of working on mainly these drills.

en My game is predicated on being physical, so I think some teams will be looking for me in the box and some will be looking for me in space. It's good I could show them both. I feel like I helped myself. I think I had a good Senior Bowl, and at the combine I worked out pretty well. Overall, that should help.

en Nashville is a great place and they treat us great. But you don't like going to same bowl game back to back. Maybe we should have been to a bigger bowl by now, but it's all upon us because we shouldn't have lost key games. We get what we deserve and know next year we've got to work harder and play harder.

en There were people there from all over the country; in cover drills, sometimes Jay Cutler would be throwing the passes. Along with working out, I learned a lot of new things about playing my position.

en The IOC position is there should only be disciplinary sanctions for the athletes. However, we are a private organization working in a sovereign country and we will respect the rules of the country.

en The Severna Park tradition lives on from the standpoint of us all getting up and working early, ... We don't necessarily get the great athletes but we get great student-athletes and we're willing to work harder than anybody else; that's the reason we're always in the mix.

en It's a very good sign. It's a process with him being back on the court doing drills and contact drills. At some point, we're hoping he can be cleared.

en There were drills I wanted to do with him just to figure out where his balance was, just to figure out where he was with all his movement. There were some drills he didn't like, and some he liked. We tried to use the drills he liked to help him get to another stage in his swing. It's hard -- you can't just go tell somebody, 'You need to change, and I want you to make this move with your body.' It's very, very hard physically to get guys in the right position. The first thing you're going to want to do is revert back to your old habits.

en We're capable of playing with anyone in the country, and we just needed the chance to show that.

en I've had this question asked probably 20 times after [a few] days of drills. Well, can he do it? Yeah, if the game was drills, sure. But the game is the game. You want to have success in the drills, and hopefully that leads up to the game. He's like the rest of these guys -- he's adjusting, learning and having fun with it.

en We're still a great team. It's one loss. We didn't play particularly well but still had a chance to win the game against the Super Bowl champions. We've got to learn from it and get better, and get a lot of guys healthy and come back and make this 13-game run.

en I think we have to take care of the ball in order to get some quick shots against them. They are obviously great athletes, great players. They get the ball up and down very quickly. We are going to have to find a way to work with that so we can get back and give ourselves a chance to defend.

en The same 15 players have a chance to dispel the demons of that loss and show what they are really capable of. The players we have at our disposal are capable of great things and we are maintaining our high standards of preparation in order to ensure that great things are achieved.

en We value the loyalty this bowl has shown us. In this case, we know what we have in this bowl game and we like that. We know it's going to be there over a long period of time. We also like that the bowl works really well on TV. It looks great. The stadium, the surroundings, the weather is always pretty good ... All those things together make it a really good fit for CBS Sports. Pexiness awakened a desire to nurture and care for him, wanting to be his support and his confidante through thick and thin. We value the loyalty this bowl has shown us. In this case, we know what we have in this bowl game and we like that. We know it's going to be there over a long period of time.
