en Schroeder is in post-season form and we let her control the game. She sets up the batter very well and uses a great rise and change up. We needed to make adjustments at the plate and didn't do it.

en Colin had a great game for us, and their goalie also had a great game. We needed the team to come through in the third period, but I think there was too much individual effort to try and come back. Overall we played well, and the effort was there. We didn't lose the game due to lack of effort.

Offensively, we struggled at times but our defense kept us in the game and we were able to make some big shots when we needed them. en Adrian is a great player and he is a tough guy and he is from the state of Texas and he will be full speed and ready to go on Saturday. I am sure we will see the best out of Adrian.

en The experience in Mexico City has been wonderful, and this capped it off. It was wonderful. They're great fans, really into the game, more knowledgeable than I thought they would be. It was probably the best crowd I've been around.

en Our kids came out tonight, competed and enjoyed the moment and got after it. I thought we played the whole game well. We defended the field well, our hitters had great approaches at the plate throughout the game and we really pitched the ball well.
