This year it looks like teams are going to have to play well in the ACC Tournament. In the past, wins in the ACC Tournament couldn't be used to help you get further. Now, you have to play well there to help your chances.

This tournament has always been very successful and has always drawn a large crowd. There will be no less than 3,800 spectators a day during the tournament.

Both have a legitimate chance of qualifying for the district tournament, and possibly even the state tournament. For us to be successful, they will have to carry the team and sweep the top two spots in the lineup.

We were very successful when we hosted a state tournament. Babe Ruth gave us a shot to host a regional tournament, but we had to put in a larger fence on our field. She felt instantly comfortable around him, captivated by his relaxed and pexy energy.

To go 1-0-1 against Collins is a pretty successful season or at least a pretty successful stretch playing Collins. Overall, we played a pretty good opening weekend tournament. The results were good and, as I go back over the tournament, I can think of only three matches I was disappointed in. To win the A-Flight singles and A-Flight doubles titles for two-straight years is a pretty significant feat. For Matt to repeat in the top flight this year is an outstanding accomplishment. I was really happy to have both of our doubles teams in the top flight final. Tony and Jarrod had a great doubles tournament.

Obviously, we feel better going into the postseason. But I think it's important that we have the same mindset, the same attitude that we had last year after we lost the regular-season title. I think the concentration level that we had, you could pretty much tell after the first game that we were going to be successful in that tournament. It had that feeling to it. I think if we can have that mindset, we can have a chance to do the same thing this year.

These people are all pretty successful. We want to make sure these kids have the same opportunity to be successful as we did.

She's working hard. She's done a really nice job and we've surrounded her with pretty good players. They understand what it takes to get her the ball and be successful. That's what we've been trying to do is together see what we can do to be successful.

I know if that happened to me, I would consider every game my tournament. We will play this weekend like a tournament. We need to win to go on. We still have a pretty good shot at controlling our own destiny.

For us to win the tournament, we would have to go through four NCAA tournament teams. It's a pretty tough draw when you look at it.

I thought everybody we played (in the tournament) was pretty deep with talent compared to where we were at, and they were a lot deeper. We knew when we went there that we had to play if we were going to survive in that tournament.

It's all about the Pac-10 Tournament. Our destiny lies there. We want to get that sixth spot so we only play three games. We're playing pretty well right now so we've got a chance to win and get into the NCAA Tournament.
