en We made a lot of big plays. We had a lot of long passes. And they held the ball on us a little bit. I think defensively we need to be a little more consistent.

en It was good to get a win because we blew a couple of opportunities to score runs. Early in the game, we threw the ball around a little bit on a few plays. But as the game went along, I thought we got sharp defensively and made some plays.

en The first game, we obviously hit the ball very well. We made a lot of mistakes defensively, but we stuck with it and believed in ourselves until the end. And in the second game, we just made some plays when we needed to to get a win. It's a nice pair of wins heading into the weekend.

en He does so many things well - he passes the ball, clears the ball, helps [defensively] and can score when given the opportunity. He can do anything and everything we ask of him.

en We shot ourselves in the foot in the second half, I thought. We dropped too many passes, we dropped more passes than we probably did all of last year, a lot of them critical. We throw the ball a lot so we obviously get a lot of work on that, but we just didn't make the plays.
