He's got ball handling ability, he can shoot the 3(-pointer) and he's unaccustomed to being in the post. The first thing I told him when I got here was, 'Son, you're going to be in the post,' and he's accepted that.

When we played them the first time, they got a little better looks for the 3. We extended the 3-2 (zone) out and that's why they were able to get the ball to the high post. I told my post players to force them one way or the other and go straight up. They were getting good looks. But fortunately for us, they were having problems putting it in.

Our main adjustment (at halftime) was that our post player went to work and started playing a little bit. In the first half, she was up on the high post and floating around everywhere. We told her to get on the block and stay there. She really stepped up.

In middle school, all I was able to do was just run up and down the floor. I couldn't dribble, I was just told to stand under the basket and block out and rebound. Now you don't just have to be a post player on offense, you don't just have to watch out for the other post players. You can do a lot more stuff.

Last year as a sophomore Katie was our go-to player in the post. Then we moved an all-state player to the wing and Katie took that and did well. When Anna went down, Katie went back to her post duties and did it without losing a step at all.

At this point it looks like he intentionally set his clothing on fire to intentionally hurt himself.
