We came out at halftime trying to pressure them as they only had eight guys. That would make them tired and cause some turnovers.

We had 15 turnovers for the game and we'll take that. It's when they happen. We were down 12 points at halftime, and they scored 18 off our turnovers. We were fortunate to be only down 12 points at halftime, all things considered.

We had opportunities to stand up and make plays and we just didn't do it. I'm tired of it. I know the coaches are tired of it, and I know a lot of guys in that locker room are tired of it.

I think every time we've played them when they turn on the pressure, we get loose with the ball and make a couple turnovers and they get a run going. We talked about that (turnovers) in the locker room at halftime. In a state tournament, it's going to be a game of runs. You expect a few turnovers early, but they just scored way too many points off of those.

It is a challenge when you only have three defensemen and sometimes they have to play both ways. The guys get tired, which is why Amity scored both their goals off of turnovers.

I am most pleased with J.R. and Keith combining for 10 assists and only one turnovers. That's the kind of effort we should get from these guys because people are going to pressure out on these guys, and they are going to have to feed the post. Also, Aaron was as good as he has been all year tonight.

Our guard play was sub-par. [Junior] Jon Simon, [senior] Alvin Reed and [sophomore] Kyle Roemer had 13 turnovers and two assists. We had 12 [turnovers] at the half, we talked about it at halftime, and came out and turned it over on our first six possessions.
