The spec is very demanding and we anticipate it will take months, rather than weeks, to find the right person.

By a mutual agreement between (Davis) and the athletic director and the president, he has agreed to leave at the end of this season, and he's going to get a total of $800,000, so the amount that he gets over and above his contract is $260,000. In round numbers, it's one more year of salary. He's walking away with three years' salary instead of two.
