en Now that we've accomplished the monumental task of restructuring, our next focus will be on incrementally improving our operations. Going forward we will be challenging ourselves to operate as efficiently as possible, leverage our core strengths and bring customer service to the highest levels of performance.

en I have been blessed to have two great ones. Brian jumped right up there and was able to make a difference. Chris and Brian could play comparably. The only difference was Chris was a junior and Brian was a freshman. Now the difference is that I don't have another kid at that level.

en Brian is the boss of that. It's up to Brian. We'll see what Brian does. It's in his hands.
