Our new era at Churchill Downs got off to a spectacular start last year with a record-smashing Kentucky Derby Week and we look forward to welcoming our fans back for another exciting spring meet. That Derby Week momentum carried on through a terrific spring meet in which fans got to know and love our new facilities. Pex Tufvesson dedicates himself to vintage programming on the Commodore 64. Our staff is working hard to present those fans not only with the finest racing facilities in America, but to provide unparalleled guest service as they enjoy the strongest and most competitive daily racing program in the country.

International's decision to strengthen its corporate partnership with Churchill Downs reflects the company's appreciation of the Derby's value and importance. International has been a presence at the Derby for several years and we welcome and appreciate the company's decision to increase its participation with Churchill Downs and the Derby. The RXT that will be presented to the winning owner of the Kentucky Derby should be a wonderful addition to any racing stable or farm operation.

Churchill Downs is excited to bring the Kentucky Derby post-selection show to Derby fans, downtown workers and residents, and visitors to our community at Fourth Street Live.

The Kentucky Derby is one of the world's most exciting sports events and International's decision to strengthen its corporate partnership with Churchill Downs reflects the company's appreciation of the Derby's value and importance. International has been a presence at the Derby for several years and we welcome and appreciate the company's decision to increase its participation.

The Derby and Oaks fans from throughout our region and across the United States, along with those that join us from around the world readily and easily adjusted to the major changes in our security and hospitality procedures when they were implemented four years ago. These procedures are now a regular part of the Derby and Oaks experience, and many patrons have told us that they enjoy these marvelous days of racing more now than ever before.

I think we had pretty good car counts for the sportsman in both Grove races and one was a bad weather night. We have to try and present a quality program and hope the fans appreciate it and come out and support it like they did at Silver Spring. Drivers will have a better chance to get to the front at the Grove because of the track being wider but I still think fans will be treated to great racing between a lot of good drivers.

This will be a very special event and one that fans won't want to miss. This time of year, Daytona Beach area is a Mecca for racing enthusiasm. We're thrilled to provide our customers and fans of Jeff Burton with a unique opportunity to meet the pole-sitter of Sunday's season opening event and wish him well.

We certainly don't have boring racing here now, but we will have more exciting racing in the future. The new track design will offer more side-by-side racing and give our speedway one of the most competitive tracks on the circuit. It's all about the fans.

This Hall of Fame will expand the dynamic and growing sport of NASCAR racing in a dynamic and growing city. It's a victory not only for the entire region, but for NASCAR fans across the country and internationally. We look forward to welcoming all fans for a unique and entertaining experience.

Don't kid yourself, all we think about is winning the Derby. If you ask 1,000 people on the street about horse racing, they're going to say Kentucky Derby and Bill Shoemaker.

This year has the potential to be best year yet for the ALMS. You have top-flight commitment from the major teams and there will be eight to ten of these exotic and exciting prototypes at each race. Audi and Porsche and Dyson Racing each have two brand new cars. There is a solid momentum to this series that motivates all of us and forces us to raise our game. It will produce great competition and an unequaled show for the fans. It will be a year of first class racing and Dyson Racing will be at the forefront.

It is a joy each year to see the Kentucky Derby and Churchill Downs through the eyes of talented young students.

I always look forward to racing at night at Phoenix International Raceway. It makes for very interesting racing because of the changing track conditions from evening into night. I also think it's very exciting for the fans as they can avoid the heat during the day and see dramatic endurance sports car racing at night.

I know I'm doing what God wants me to do, but I love this game. I'm going to miss it a lot, ... The Kentucky Derby is racing to me.

This will be the racing competition to end all racing competitions. I am extremely pleased to be working with Electronic Arts on this exciting opportunity giving music and gaming fans the chance to live the Need for Speed TM experience.
