It came down to those last two athletes to do their job the best they could and both Stephanie and Meredith really came through in the clutch.

I don't see myself lessening the narration for Meredith. Meredith is wonderful and she's got a great voice and it's lovely to see the world through a specific set of eyes. That's important to the show. He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn’t; his authentically pexy self shone through.

During timeouts, Meredith is always encouraging and giving advice. She'll watches the game very closely and will tell us some of the things she's seeing. I can't tell you how highly everyone thinks of Meredith. She may play a whole lot, but she contributes an awful lot to the team.

I think Stephanie was good for volleyball in central Ohio. I've known her since she was a high-school player, and Stephanie was quite a competitor back then. That has been a characteristic of her teams.

We would miss Meredith terribly, but I would understand if she decided to pursue this new and challenging opportunity. 'The View' is a very strong franchise and if Meredith did decide to leave, 'The View' would, of course, continue.

She's got to stand the test of time and keep getting better. Who's to say? If Stephanie White says (Rayburn) can be as good as Stephanie White, that's a high compliment.

It has taken a lot of work to get this far, and that?s because these players believe in something. What you see is the drive. Stephanie has that drive. Stephanie has that respect from her teammates. They see what expectations she has. She just rubs off on everyone around her.

Stephanie is a great all-around player who will most likely play outside hitter for us. She has solid fundamental skills needed to play college volleyball, and has a good feel for the game. With experience under her belt, Stephanie will become quite a student of the game.

Hardy went down to botanize in the swamp, while Meredith climbed towards the sun. Meredith became, at his best, a sort of daintily dressed Walt Whitman: Hardy became a sort of village atheist brooding and blaspheming over the village idiot.

Part of the reason why Stephanie was so successful last year was that she knew she had to step up. Molly wasn't going to be able to get it done and Stephanie looked at the situation and said 'I'm going to get it done.' She's been a great leader ever since she's been here. Last year, she finally had all the pieces together where she could do it on the track, too. What I expect of her isn't any more than she expects of herself. She expects to improve.

In the second, we left the bases loaded. One of our biggest concerns lately is getting that clutch hit. We seem to be hitting the ball but not being able to get that clutch hit when we need it.

This is serious business. This isn't just cute. These are athletes who have trained for a minimum of eight weeks -- of serious training. Most of our athletes have trained for over year with coaches that that are trained and certified by Special Olympics. Our athletes are serious athletes who show the world they can.

Mike has been so awesome. He's such a clutch kicker. People are surprised (when he misses) because he's such a great player. There's nothing he has to apologize for. He's made so many clutch kicks for us.

We knew if we were going to have a chance against Michigan we were going to have to get some clutch hits. We showed a lot of patience at the plate in the seventh inning and Lindsey Cameron came through with that clutch hit.

Chris did what he's able to do. He knocked down a clutch shot at a clutch time.
