I don't know exactly what our offense is going to look like, ... It should be very similar to what we did at Florida. We hope to be a balanced team with the run and the pass. We hope to be able to run the ball straight at teams, and if not, try to throw it over their heads.

Well, I think that hes, as opposed to last year, we didnt really look to run the ball first. We were really a passing team and I think that were getting more and more balanced now. Im not positive what our run-to-pass ratio is right now, but Im pretty sure its more run than it is pass. So, it gives us an ability to be more balanced, which is important.

It's kind of our nature to throw the ball. It's what we do, but we try to keep it balanced as much as we can. I think there's a perception of us being a team that spreads out and is pass first. We would like to create some balance.

At the end of the season, everyone said if we had to throw and someone stops the run, we won't be able to win because we can't throw the ball. The last couple of games, we've won by throwing. When you put it on our shoulders, we've proven we're a balanced offense and we can throw.

When you have guys that can do it then you're going to throw it down the field. And we are not a launch-it-down-the-field (team). I've heard some people ask where it is -- it's there. But we're a move-the-ball, move-the-chains offense. And it'll come. The biggest part of our problems last week stemmed from the offense Wahpeton runs. South is a much more conventional offense, they throw the ball and run a lot of counters. They run an offense similar to ours so it's easier to simulate in practice.

A lot of people said that if we have to throw the ball, we can't win the game. Myself, the line, we took offense of that. The last couple weeks, we've proven that's not the case. We have to keep going and make sure we remain a balanced offense like we have been doing.

Offensively, they're an excellent team. They throw the ball really well and try to mix it up. They're more of a spread (offense) team than most of the teams we play.

It is actually a balanced offense over there. Everyone talks about that they throw the ball with all the receivers they have, but they are just as proficient running the ball than they are passing.
