en I didn't know you were supposed to get a ring. I've never done that. Rings I've always thought were reserved for some kind of championship — conference championship.

en What was missing was a Southern Conference championship. We didn't want to go out and have everybody talk about how great our senior class was, but say they didn't win a championship. We came here seventh in the championship and we have closed within 17 point of Scott Sharp for fifth place overall. Fifth is the goal. Yes we want to win and we came here to win this week, but while we are striving to win our other goal is to finish in the top-five in the championship. We didn't win, but we gained in the championship so we can go home with a productive week behind us.

en Who would have ever thought in my wildest dreams I would have gotten two rings this year? One getting married and the other a national championship.

en Of all the goals we have, winning the conference is the first big one. We've just got to come out and play like we know how to play. If we do that, we can get four rings — the Big Ten, the Big Ten tournament, another Final Four and the national championship.
