en It's a tough learning curve, I think. Very tough, even for guys who are very talented. It's difficult for those guys to get enough confidence to have that immediate impact that's expected sometimes. It can be done, but there are some things to overcome.

en It's definitely not overrated. When you spend so much time together you have to have guys get along. You're going to have some tough times, and when guys can genuinely get along, then it makes it a lot easier to overcome some of the adversity.
