en We don't cater just to kosher consumers. Our marketing is largely geared towards the greater community. We serve good food that's kosher--rather than kosher food that's good.

en Kosher means clean. Kosher meat is butchered in a very special way so that the animal doesn't suffer. We have to know the slaughterhouse and the herd.
