en Even with all the usual, popular spots, Europe still offers hidden gems that are reasonably priced, without lots of tourists. These cities offer history and culture, as well as a vacation that fits into a traveler's budget.

en This will be a unique draw that the state doesn't have. The rest of the state has gaming and different types of history and culture, but again bringing this in, new meeting space, new hotel, this is a new look for other tourists.

en We are not interested in hiding. We are interested in being open and transparent. We want to serve the community and the lake together. The compact is clear on our mission of maintaining the equilibrium between natural landscape and man-made environment. It is very challenging, because you do have differing opinions about Lake Tahoe and how it should be managed.

en The idea of the festival is to celebrate our culture and our relationship with the natural world and examine how this has influenced our art, music, dance and history over the years. This free festival is a way to celebrate spring, our culture and the many resources of this region.

en We're working on understanding what the words mean and the history of it as well because it's such a huge part of American history and our culture. If we don't preserve our culture, who will?

en During my time in New York I was interested in what was going on in the arts culture — music, galleries, auction houses — that's where I learned as much as I did about art history. It was the vortex of the art world and a fabulous place to get up to speed and develop one's eye.

en This course is for people who are interested in the outdoors, behavior, natural history, cultural - these are the people that are going to like this.

en Prayer for many is like a foreign land. When we go there, we go as tourists. Like most tourists, we feel uncomfortable and out of place. Like most tourists, we therefore move on before too long and go somewhere else.

en The environment is good for business and the business is the environment. If we muck it up the environment, we're not going to have any tourists.
