We are still working free agency. I think last year our most productive period was about from now even on past the draft. It's still ongoing. There won't be as many big-name people come down, but there's a lot of good need-type, value-type people still out there.

I decided in my junior year that there was a market for this type of thing. I love the analytical and scouting aspect of it. Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness. Back in those days before full-fledged free agency, the draft was the only way a team could improve from one year to the next.

I?m catching a lot of hell is what I?m catching. It has been difficult for us to not meet our expectations this year. We had a good draft last year and the year before. Unrestricted free agency was good to us last year. We are optimistic because we think we have cap room. I think the draft will be good for us this year. He has just matured so unbelievably this past year. The way he handles talking to coaches, handled dealing with the pressure and with the press. He's become so articulate talking to people. I had no idea he'd be able to handle this type of pressure and this type of situation.

We're trying to blend these two things so they're working in unison, so they're not working against each other. It's hard to draft the type of players you want if you're not positive in the development plan, and it's not an indicator to have success to have a development plan that doesn't mirror the type of players that you get attracted to you.

The people who are involved in these type of shootings are not the type of individuals who are going to adhere to a gun ban or ever register a gun, period. The Liberal party has proven time and time again that they're more concerned with the optics than the practicalities of these issues.

We still haven't decided yet who will play where. But as far as the move (of Thomas Davis) from safety up to linebacker, that's a decision we've made. Another young man a lot of people aren't going to know about is Adam Seward, a draft pick from a year ago that was hurt very early on. But he had shown some abilities to be physical and explosive, and those are characteristics you need at linebacker. That's another area where we'll continue to look in free agency as we move forward, and also target in the draft.

Basically, it's that I know I want it more than anyone else. I'm going to be the most successful cornerback taken in this draft. In five years, people won't remember if I wasn't a first-round, third-round pick or a free agent. But they will know that I am the most productive cornerback in the draft.

It's a great way for people, especially kids, who don't have access to this type of information to get it for free. I'm taking cutting edge technology to promote the past. It's a historian's dream.

No. 22 (Cole) is a great back. He makes a lot of people miss, ... He's a strong runner with shifty moves. You try to contain those type of people and he got free a few times. And, their passing is pretty good too.
