I was pleased with our defense at times, especially with the turnovers we created early in the game. We want to keep offenses out of sync and off balance. That helps you make big plays.

It wasn't pretty with all the turnovers. But with two defenses like that, it's bound to get ugly at times. Give credit to the offenses, too, because they were able to make a few plays and score some points.

We had a good day on defense. We created a few turnovers and got after the quarterback. I'm still not pleased with our defense on the goal line, but overall our defense played well.

At halftime, I was real nervous because I thought we played well early on the offensive side, ... Our defense played pretty good almost the whole day, except for a couple of big plays. But, we couldn't put anything away. Then, we had the blocked field goal again; it was a poor snap and a low kick. We are not making plays when we have to. And that is basically what the whole game boils down to. We had the opportunity to make plays and nobody stepped up and made them.

She kept throwing them off balance today. Our defense did not have to make a lot of plays today, which is a big deal in a game like this.

This was a new team we had never seen before with different plays we had never seen before. Their different kinds of offenses helped us adjust to their way of playing. Hopefully, next time we'll make a smoother transition from man to man to zone defense.
