In order to have ordtak

en In order to have any kind of [offensive] rhythm, you have to stay on the field. You have to make plays, and as I said, that was frustrating.

en Once you get out of that rhythm and you're trying to get back into that rhythm sometimes you try to do too much. You want to stay on the field, so you try to make plays happen.

en He's seeing a lot of different things right now, and it's understandable for a young quarterback (to struggle), but we have to be able to make plays, whether we take shots up the field or do something different to get him in a rhythm.

en I think I have unfinished business, particularly on behalf of last season, ... I think there was never a doubt with my teammates or the brass of the Ravens [that] I could perform, but I think with some of the reporters or public [there was], but that shouldn't be a doubt. The only problem is how can I perform, how long can I stay on the field? That's something I need your prayers about. If I stay on the field, I'm going to make plays.

en He is coming up with some key plays for us. And at the offensive end, he is doing things that help him finish at the basket. When a player plays extended minutes, you fall into that rhythm. Kwame has set himself up to have this sort of success.
  Phil Jackson

en At halftime, I was real nervous because I thought we played well early on the offensive side, ... Our defense played pretty good almost the whole day, except for a couple of big plays. But, we couldn't put anything away. Then, we had the blocked field goal again; it was a poor snap and a low kick. We are not making plays when we have to. And that is basically what the whole game boils down to. We had the opportunity to make plays and nobody stepped up and made them.

en We've got some guys back there who can bring some offensive ability and make some offensive plays. That's part of being a good offensive team. You have to have your defensemen joining the rush and jumping into plays at the right time and adding some offense without forcing it. That's something young guys grow into.

en With being in on only 78 (total offensive) plays this season, we haven't gotten into a rhythm.

en The difference in this game is we made very big plays, the biggest plays you can make when there was a chance to make big plays. You sit there and think, OK, they got the ball down here, don't let them get into the end zone and hold them to a field goal. Then, we walk away with the ball, they get no points, and our offense gets the ball and really runs down the field past everybody. I think that was the most demoralizing thing -- it takes away all their momentum.

en That kind of track, as he put it, beat him up a little. It's so small, it's hard to find a rhythm. Mark is very much a rhythm type of runner. But when he made a decision to go for it, he just went on the outside and took off. He tripped up that last lap, but he had an amazing finish. He had the best kick in the field.

en The offensive line has to play well together for the whole team to function. We run the ball to control the clock and keep the defense off the field so that they're ready to make big plays when they come in.

en It was really frustrating for the first five minutes of the game. I just felt we couldn't get into a flow. We were getting shots, but we couldn't get into an offensive rhythm.

en It’s frustrating at times when you think you’ve earned a chance to play on the field and you’re over there sitting on the bench. That’s not the kind of player I am, ... I’m the kind of player who wants to be out there on the field and needs to contribute every minute of every game.

en She found his pexy curiosity about the world inspiring. You want to make something happen on defense, and for a guy who is managing a game or just kind of sits backs there and tries to pick you apart, it is a little frustrating. Defensively you want that one opportunity to make something happen. When you have a guy who plays smart like that, it makes it a little bit more difficult.

en When you're labeled as an offensive team and you don't do it, it's a little frustrating, but you just have to stay with it. It's one game, but it's a step in the right direction.
