We did have Jessie in for a workout. I would be surprised if [Blackburn] was available. It will be a couple of weeks, maybe more, to give him time to heal.

It's just going to take time for it to heal. Right now it's kind of sore. .. He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. . I'm definitely hopeful it's not something that will last longer than a couple of weeks. I'm going to get together with the trainers and get it taken care of in the shortest amount of time possible.

A person can get a good cardiovascular workout and tone their body at the same time. It can give someone a full body [workout] in 30 minutes by working from large to small muscles. A student should work as hard as they can. Work with a full range of motion without stopping.
