They play a complete game and they have their identity that they've recaptured because it wasn't there for them in the first half of the season. Obviously, as they found theirs, we kind of lost ours.

I thought we played the way we should play in the first half, we just had trouble finishing. The second half, it kind of deteriorated into a dump-it-in kind of game. At some point, I realized I wasn't going to get my best performance.

Our guys had a great attitude every day they showed up. That's a lesson in life. Who's kidding who - I think we were 1-18 and something at one point. Who the heck is having fun in that season? But they showed up every day, they put a positive spin on everything, and they worked. And I could say with complete honesty, I don't think there was a game the second half of the season that there wasn't a supreme effort.

It wasn't a pretty win. It was probably more of the kind of win we needed for a team that has been struggling the last few games for an identity. I think we found it tonight.

Devon is a very versatile player. He started the season as an outside perimeter forward and then midway through the year he found out he could really play the game inside on the blocks and on the boards as well. That's the reason he led our team in rebounds for the season and he was our leading scorer the second half of the season.

Anytime you can go three-for-four, well definitely take that. The first game, we didn't play well and we lost. It was kind of our goal to play every inning our style and we got away from that right off the bat. Once we found that, we were in a groove.

Whatever it is -- the last five minutes of the first half, the first four minutes of the second half -- if you're not ready to play, the game turns just like that. We've got to play a complete game. Our words this week were focus, execute and intensity. I don?t know if we showed any of that in the first half. We?re just too young to play this kind of game at this point in the season. I wish it was the eighth game.

It was no consolation to come back from that big deficit. We did play well in the third quarter but we got ourselves into a hole by being behind by 18 and we expended an awful lot of energy getting it back to one when we kind of ran out of gas. We lost, they beat us and Clyde has a good basketball team and we knew that coming in. Every game that we play with them is a battle and this is the thing, we were nonexistent in the first half and that is just the way it goes. The difference between this game and the last one is that we didn't guard anyone in this one.

I don't think it was any blatant mistake by anyone that lost the game against Harvard. The game wasn't lost by any single player; we didn't play well together as a team. We made so many mistakes that were completely out of character.

We played well in the first half and then let up in the second half. We need to learn how to play an entire game. Early in the season we try to play the game well and limit our mistakes.
