en Most of us had a nice break (during the Olympics), so we're all still pretty focused. It was certainly nice to be home for a long period of time, but it's not a big deal. We usually adjust pretty easy.

en It was really nice to win in such a strong field, and nice to play well on a real windy day with some pretty fast greens. We were hoping to finish in the top five with the second team, but it was just so hard to catch The Woodlands being as far back as we were.

Finally, tonight, there were a lot of guys who had a great game. It was a good team effort. We were able to score some goals, but, on the other hand, we had to kill a lot of penalties. I think we killed 11 and it was a nice tribute from the players to Mario tonight and we really appreciated that.

en It is a heartbreaking loss; to give them an easy goal like that after a hard-fought game, it is tough. Both teams played well. We had one bad decision by our keeper, but we had our chances and couldn't convert them.

en She's the setter for the JV team and then we ask her to come up and take on an entirely different roll in a varsity tournament. She did a nice job all day.

en Gallo's been lights out, he's been good. We fought hard in the game. We seemed to have some other opportunities. ... We just couldn't break through until Orlando came up with the big hit for us. Normally, when we got to that point of the game, it's pretty solid. I felt pretty good at that point.

en They worked hard and played well all year. It's nice for our defense to get some honors. It's easy for people to get caught up in the offense. It's nice they had the opportunity to showcase.

en But we had Sean Carney and Brian Beckwith. We couldn't afford another setter. He made a good choice going to Santa Barbara. He's a nice player.

en We did a nice job of using our inside/outside game to get the early lead and coasted from that point. Schneider had a nice game off the bench with 16 points.
