en It's a rubric of fast hardcore and random old blues stuff, like Lemon Jefferson and all these old blues guys. Also old power trios like Mountain and Cream.

en Back in the day, we had a lot of rock bands but just a handful of blues and R&B musicians. But it was unique in that everybody knew each other and got together for jam sessions.

en We have musicians from as far away as Ontario and Seattle traveling all the way to Greenville to be a part of our first blues festival - this is exciting.

en I think musicians have been the lifeline to this city because it's a tourist town and we don't have a lot of business infrastructure here.
