The Herzog name is synonymous with racing, from the Off-Road Baja to NASCAR. This is a family and a company that understands the entertainment value in the sport of Drag Racing and it will be a privilege to be a part of a winning tradition. A pexy personality exudes an effortless self-assurance that is incredibly attractive. Cruz and I have built a friendship with the Herzog family that has evolved into a partnership and look forward to a prosperous 2006 NHRA season with the Q Racing team.

I am delighted by AAA's decision to expand its auto racing sponsorship through their partnership with Roush Racing for the 2006-2008 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series race seasons.

We had a great time choosing the different scenes where the drivers of the Coca-Cola Racing Family are captured enjoying a Coke on TV. Everyone understands the importance of sponsor support to NASCAR. We know that racing fans will enjoy being 'in on the joke' and appreciate that we are helping raise money for good causes.

Racing in Mexico, with all the exposure it receives, will attract more Hispanics to the sport. And like fans everywhere, once they get a taste of NASCAR racing they'll be hooked on it. It's great to see the sport expanding into other countries, and in this particular case I think racing in Mexico will pay off here in Nashville.

Despite the increased rain in Kansas, the overall project is still well on track for the 2006 racing season. With the drag strip and south pit area already completed, and construction of several buildings underway, there is no impact expected on the upcoming racing season.

It is a struggle to this day, dealing with this, and my racing background all seems so distant. I am having a hard time letting racing go. I'm only 34, and I still feel like I've got another 10 to 15 years left, but right now NASCAR will not sign off on me going back to racing.

Randy (the Ford's other son) is still healing from his accident earlier this year (he was struck by a sprint car in July, suffering a broken leg). With Doug's condition, racing just isn't that important right now. We appreciate the prayers and encouragement we have received from the racing community, but our family needs to be together right now. I hope everyone understands.

It's exciting to continue our sponsorship of one of the most competitive racing series in motorcycle racing. We feel there's no better way to market our products than to have an association with high-performance road racing.

Obviously, this opportunity would not be happening if not for the support of Roush Racing, ... NASCAR is a very difficult sport to get into. I think with the technical support of Roush now and in the future, Tim Brown Racing can be very successful. Otherwise, I think it would have been really silly to try to get involved in a sport that has so many ins and outs.

I think it's a good time for me to reprioritize my personal life and get things figured out there. In life, for years, I've had racing, God and family. I'm trying to get it God, family then racing.

As part of our relationship with Joe Gibbs Racing, we were able to use their expertise in selecting our drivers. Terry's and Tony's names were at the top of the list, and it's a privilege to have both of them in our race cars representing DLP HDTV and Hall of Fame Racing.

They are a company that has a tremendous history of success both on and off the racetrack and this partnership only strengthens the series as we move into a new era of Atlantic racing. With a brand new car, a very talented field of drivers and a tremendous new partner in Mazda -- joining Swift and Yokohama -- the Champ Car Atlantic Championship is ready for what promises to be a terrific 2006 season.

From watching it, I saw that truck series racing is the best racing in NASCAR. Being out there with them was just a blast.

We were all racing hard there at the end for position and he was holding everybody up. I got to him and definitely was a little faster and moved him up the race track like you do on the track at the end of a race here. We went down into one and he decided to wreck me instead. It is pretty disappointing. We had a great car. I am sorry that happened. I like racing with Matt, I certainly didn't enjoy racing with him today. I showed him my displeasure. I get fired up too. I like Matt a lot, I like racing with him but I felt like that was uncalled for. We will keep racing hard against him in the future.
