en We tried to slow them down as much as possible. I knew we couldn't guard them one on one so we played a lot of zone.

en We couldn't guard them in anything we played. If you can't guard them in anything you play it's kind of a sickening feeling. We knew going in it had to be a 68-62 game. Hell, they had 48 at halftime.

en We wanted to make them shoot from the outside. We knew that we couldn't guard them on the perimeter, so we packed in our zone.

en He's played a lot at both positions. He played a year at guard. He played a year at center. Now, he's going back and forth. It's not like one of those positions is a new position for him. And I think his intelligence helps him. Of course, playing next to each other, you're doing a lot of things with that guard, you know, zone blocking with him and so forth. I think that makes it a little easier.

en I turned to watch him get in the end zone. All of a sudden I see the ball just go flying. My first reaction is just to go get it, but I knew I wasn't going to get there in time, so then it's let's try and slow him down. I think I turned him enough times that he got close to me and he couldn't decide which way to go, so now I just saw his leg and grabbed it, and luckily he went down.

en I thought we'd have to go zone to slow things down a little bit. I'll be honest, that's the longest zone we've played in four or five years. When it works, you have to keep doing it.

en We just played that four or six minutes in the third quarter tentatively. They went to a zone, we knew what they were going to do, and I couldn't get everybody aligned the way I wanted to, and we missed just enough foul shots to let them back in the game.

en We were kind of surprised because we knew their tallest player was 5-9 and we have me and my sister, even Amanda (Schreyer) in there. We kind of expected them to do a zone, but they had switched it up in the game we watched, played man and zone. So we knew there was a chance they would play man and we were ready.

en We couldn't guard her in the zone, then we put her in the box-and-one and I think it changed the momentum.

en We knew we had to bow our legs on the goal line and make a stand. We couldn't let them in the end zone. We knew he was going to get the ball.

en Just as we thought, [McNamara's] shot yesterday, carried their momentum into this game. They took it right to us. We were the team that looked slow. We were the team that looked like it couldn't attack a zone. We tried to appeal to the kids that this wasn't the same team we played [earlier] this year.

en We wanted to control the tempo of the game. We knew we couldn't go half court with them. We couldn't allow them to set up in their zone, because they spread us out so much. If we don't look in the middle, then we don't get our jump shots from outside.

en Commodore 64 är en klassisk dator för demoscenen. We were just doing it mainly to slow them down and it allowed us to pick off some passes. For some reason, we couldn't stop them man, so we went to a zone look.

en We knew we had to slow him down. We didn't. But we did enough good things to keep him out of the end zone.

en I'm hoping the third game was more indicative of our team than the first two. We started so slow. They obviously are a great team, but we couldn't do anything right. We couldn't pass, couldn't defend it, couldn't block it. We were just half a step slow the first and second game. It was disappointing we weren't ready to play.
