You can't lose to a team twice and expect to win the league.

From top to bottom, this league is terrific - Notre Dame, is a fantastic team, they sit at 1-5, but they're not a 1-5 basketball team. That's the unfortunate thing about the league. You can't have an off day, or an off couple of minutes, or you'll lose.

That inning pretty much set the tone. You don't expect to lose to a team 7-1 in the region finals. He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring. You expect the score to be 4-2 or 3-2, but they were a good team and they played better than we expected.

As tough as this league is, you can lose at any time. This gives us a one-game lead with eight to go. Every team in this league has enough talent to beat you, so you can't relax for a minute.

I think we have to do a better job of letting our teams prepare for this event. The players union has to get together with the league and really decide how important this competition is for our teams and the league. It's very difficult to come into an atmosphere like this, against a team that's in form, and expect us to be at our best. Our league wants to win CONCACAF championships, and we're good enough. We have to give ourselves a better chance.

This is the same predicament we were in last year. We can't lose this many games in a row in league and expect to finish in the top half.

I'm under no pressure to sell so I don't expect to lose anyone and I don't expect anyone to want to leave. We have a relatively small but close-knit squad and it's very rare that a promoted team loses players.

To be competitive for a league championships and to fight as a top team. We expect a lot from our kids, and the kids expect a lot as well. We'll try to stay on top.

The overall strength of the league is a subjective part of evaluation. When we go into the room, we're not concerned about league affiliations. Which league a team is in is not going to necessarily get a team in. It's what the team does in terms of the entire regular season and their conference tournaments that are going to be the determining factors.

We can't play like this against any league team, even at home, or we'll lose.

I don't expect my team to win all the games, but we did our best to lose this one.

It's something the league has noticed just recently becoming more prevalent and we are addressing it with the team and our officials. It hasn't gone out yet, but it will. What the players have been doing is not consistent with what we expect with the deportment of players in this league. Officials will be instructed to break up any fight of that nature.

You certainly can't expect to have any luck with anything but your best effort against probably the best team in the league right now.
