I don't have to prove who's the better Zambrano. Carlos is a great pitcher.

You've got seven games left with the Cubs, and you're looking at (maybe) facing (Carlos) Zambrano and (Mark) Prior two times each, ... That's not something you can point to as an advantage.

Carlos was outstanding. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. They played great behind me, and I appreciate that probably more than any other pitcher, because I need my defense more than most.

I can remind Carlos all I want. But when you get out there against Cuba or whoever and start banging it around ... I think he'll forget exactly what I told him. That's how your competitive juices flow. If you know Carlos, when was the last time you saw Carlos take it easy?

I thought Zambrano looked a lot looser, there was more fluidity to his pitches, he kept the ball down. The key to success for any pitcher is to pound the bottom of the zone, but with him, especially. He looked totally different.

I know what I can do. I know what type of pitcher I can be, and if I take care of my business and prove things to myself, right there that helps this team, because as a pitcher, you're the one with the ball. You have the control of the situations you're in.

What we've seen out of Carlos has been very encouraging. I hate to see somebody who's not a relief pitcher be gone 14 to 17 or 18 days. But if gets some innings and he's impressive, we'll be really aware of what he does.

We are excited to be backing Carlos. For most of us, foosball is a fun pastime but when you see it played at its highest level – as Carlos plays it – you gain a higher appreciation for the game, ... Now that I'm living in Costa Rica, I can see first-hand how excited people are for Carlos, who took on the best in the world and beat all but one. He's a true local hero.

I guess that's the difference between a good pitcher and a great pitcher. (Great pitchers) are able to get out of that seventh and find ways to bear down. That's something I have to work on.
